4.      Heating Oil and Propane Rebate Act

This statute authorizes to the Minister to provide a rebate for oil and propane purchase for residential, commercial or industrial heating purposes in Alberta. The statute states the general boundary conditions for the applicants.

 

Gas Utilities Designation Regulation

This regulation defines the term “gas utility pipeline” of the Gas Utility Act, and designs the owners of the gas utilities for the sections 26 and 27 of the same Gas Utility Act.
